Payment & Delivery Goods purchased from CCCUK using this website must be paid for using PayPal. Payment is to be made in full before dispatch. For items to be dispatched by post please allow 28 days for delivery. Membership Payments When joining or renewing your membership using this website your details will be forwarded to the CCCUK Membership Secretary (membership@corvetteclub.org.uk). In the event of any queries relating to this type of transaction please contact the Membership Secretary directly. Returns Goods can always be returned to us if defective. To return the goods, please contact the Merchandise Secretary (merchandise@corvetteclub.org.uk) to let us know the nature of the defect and organise return. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Complaints We will do our best to ensure you receive the goods you ordered and to provide a high standard of service. However, in the event of complaint please email the CCCUK Club Secretary at secretary@corvetteclub.org.uk or the CCCUK Club Chairman at chairman@corvetteclub.org.uk. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. Your Statutory Rights The conditions of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and your statutory rights apply. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Privacy and Data Protection We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Data is gathered only at the time of ordering in our shop or when registering with our site. Your personal details will not be passed to any third parties without your consent. |
